Savings Page
Introduction
The Savings page provides an overview of all savings in your project, distinguishing between realized and potential savings. These are derived from aedifion's detailed analyses.
It should be noted that different measures can affect the same potential. For example, the HERO .controls app affects the supply air temperature and therefore also the room temperature. However, setting a night setback or heating curve or the WASP .controls app in the static heating also has an effect on the room temperature. In order to avoid obtaining a sum of potential savings that is too large due to these overlaps, there are dedicated analyses that evaluate the individual effects:
- Room temperature adjustments: Analysis temperature adjustment savings on the building component
- Adjusting the operation schedule of ventilation systems: Schedule analysis on the air handling unit component
- Adjustment of the pressure setpoints of ventilation systems: Analysis setpoint deviation on the air handling unit component
Disclaimer: The displayed savings, both realized and potential, are calculated estimates based on aedifion's analytics. They do not represent guaranteed values and may be subject to change due to varying operational conditions and updated data analyses.
A typical assessment of the entire building corresponds to the sum of the potentials calculated by the above analyses. For this purpose, it makes sense to set the supply air and extract air temperatures of the ventilation systems to the same value in order to calculate only the ventilation loss. A sensible default temperature is set for both summer and winter:
