The AI Assistant is integrated into our platform and applications, with features embedded directly into your familiar working environment to intelligently support daily tasks. How to access the AI Assistant
You can conveniently open the AI Assistant via the AI Assistant icon at the bottom right of the entire platform and ask questions in natural language, such as: “What is the most urgent recommendation?” or “What saving measures have been implemented yet?”

How does the AI Assistant work?
The aedifion AI Assistant is deeply integrated into the aedifion ecosystem. It processes structured data from building components, uploaded documents such as manuals and building plans, analytical recommendations from our software, as well as other customer-specific documents and public sources. A Large Language Model (LLM) searches these contents and generates precise answers and concrete recommendations. The AI Assistant extends the core functions of our cloud platform, such as .analytics and .controls, but does not actively control building operations or execute control commands.
