New ways to secure your account

1️⃣ Two-factor Authentication (2FA): You can now enable two-factor authentication directly from your account settings - no workarounds, no external tools needed. Adding a second layer of security to your account has never been easier.

2️⃣ A consistent, secure flow for password management: Password changes are now handled through a unified, secure flow with enforced complexity policies. Change your password through a clear, guided process and get a consistent experience across the platform - and stronger security by default.

Localisation

The platform now speaks your language - French is fully supported across all pages, and British customers can now work in GBP without manual adjustments.

🇫🇷 French language support: All pages, data points, and attributes are now properly translated into French - giving French-speaking users a native experience across the platform.

🇬🇧 British Pound (GBP): The platform now fully supports GBP as a currency - including unit conversions - so British customers can work with the numbers that are relevant to them, without manual adjustments.

Weather-normalized consumption on the Asset Overview

The Asset Overview now includes weather-normalized consumption KPIs, giving you a more accurate picture of your buildings' energy performance - independent of seasonal weather fluctuations.

A new toggle lets you switch between weather-normalized and raw consumption data at any time, so you can choose the view that best fits your analysis needs.

Annual KPIs for projects with less than 12 months of data

April 2026

Starting a new project no longer means waiting a full year before seeing meaningful KPIs. The platform now automatically extrapolates annual consumption values - for energy, costs, and CO₂ emissions - even when less than 12 months of meter data is available.

What’s new is not the KPI itself, but how it’s calculated. The revised calculation method is transparently shown above each KPI value, applied in the following priority order:

1️⃣ Actual annual consumption - used when at least 12 months of meter data are available.

2️⃣ Weather-normalized extrapolation - used when less than 12 months of data are available and weather normalization is applicable.

3️⃣ Linear extrapolation - used as a fallback when weather normalization is not possible.

Schedule your systems down to the hour

Schedules can now be configured with multiple activation times within a single day, giving you much finer control over when your systems run. On top of that, you can define extraordinary schedules for special days - public holidays, exceptional operating hours, or one-off events - without touching your regular schedule.

New savings KPIs for AHU temperature efficiency

The air handling unit (AHU) temperature efficiency analysis now includes output savings KPIs, giving you a direct view of the energy and cost savings potential identified.

Even better: potential savings can be promoted to realized savings directly through the savings workflow in the Hero controls app - closing the loop between analysis and verified results.

Focused data view per analysis on the Components page

When you select an analysis on the Components page, the data plot now shows only the data points that are used by that analysis - giving you a focused, relevant view instead of all available component data.

Smarter, clearer AI Assistant recommendations

Our AI assistant has received two meaningful upgrades that make its responses more useful and easier to act on:

1️⃣ Language detection is now fully reliable - the assistant always responds in the language you use to communicate.

2️⃣ Deeper analysis responses now highlight key deviations in bold at the top, followed by more context-aware, step-by-step recommendations - so you know exactly what to look at and what to do next.

Build the sidebar your team actually needs

Sidebar visibility can now be managed per project or globally so users only see the pages that are relevant to them. Less clutter, more focus.

Admins can now add, edit, and delete custom pages directly within the sidebar. Full control over navigation content, without any technical workarounds.

Give your projects a recognizable face with custom avatars

You can now upload and update a project's avatar image directly from project settings on the interface. A small change that makes a big difference when navigating across multiple projects at a glance. Identify projects faster with a visual that makes sense to you.

Re-run analyses on demand

You noticed there were some component properties missing and want updated analysis results? You can now trigger a re-run of the latest weekly analysis period directly from the Optimization page - no need to wait for the next scheduled cycle.

This is very useful when you have updated or corrected data in the meantime: re-run all analyses and get results that reflect your latest data immediately. Ensure faster feedback loops without waiting for the next scheduled run.

Your heating and cooling pumps stay protected

January 2026

The platform now includes an anti-pump blockage controls app (ANT) for heating and cooling circuits. If a pump has not been active during the week, it will automatically be started briefly once a week to prevent it from seizing up - keeping your systems running smoothly without any manual intervention.

Edit multiple component attributes at once

You can now select and change multiple component attributes in one go, and nothing is applied until you hit save. If any of the updated attributes are used by a controls app, you'll be prompted for confirmation before the changes take effect and the relevant apps restart automatically afterwards.

The new Project Journey guides you through all the key phases and milestones of a project, showing you what has been completed, what is pending and what comes next.

1️⃣ Progress overview: See an overview of the milestones, as well as an overview of upcoming and past meetings, and navigate your entire project journey to get a quick preview of what’s ahead.
2️⃣ Curious about the next meeting? Go through the content, goals, and agenda associated with the upcoming meeting.
✅ Check open tasks: Whenever we need your input for a meeting, you’ll see exactly what’s due and what needs your attention. For other processes, we’ll point you directly to where you can track progress.
3️⃣ Phase summary: Tap to view key details for the three phases at the highest level.

✅ Meeting status at a glance: See immediately whether the next recurring meeting has been scheduled (shown in blue) or not. No action needed, the system will notify you automatically once a meeting is confirmed.

• Medium overdue (yellow): the recommended date is 61–120 days old and the task is not DONE/REJECTED.
• Strong overdue (red): the recommended date is older than 120 days and the task is not DONE/REJECTED.

✅ Multi-column sorting: On opening the checklist, tickets are sorted by priority and status. Clicking a column header adds that column (and direction) to the sort parameters. Multiple clicks cycle the sort direction or remove the column. Active sort columns display a visual indicator; the number shows the sort hierarchy.

✅ Checklist export: PDF checklist reports now display the current date at the top and in the document title.

✅ Improved plot zoom: The plot zoom state can now be saved and restored to quickly revisit identified issues.
